Internal Auditing
This is a two-day course, which is recommended for personnel who will be involved with auditing the company’s quality and food safety management systems. LP Associates have developed this course with the food and associated industries in mind and focuses on the types of systems the industry need to audit. We normally run the course two days together and can be delivered in-house at client’s own premises.
The course is a balance of theory and practical and gives candidates the necessary skills to plan and carry out internal audits.

- The standards in Food Industry: BRC, ISO, FEMAS, customer standards, company standards
- Role of auditor
- Scheduling of audits
- Carrying out an audit
- Reporting conformity and non-conformity
- Closing audits
Candidates are assessed during the two days on their ability to plan and carry out audits including gathering of objective evidence, communication skills.
Successful candidates receive a LP Associates certificate. |
