Introductory HACCP
This course is designed for Supervisors and managers who are involved in HACCP but not HACCP team members. The course can be delivered to HACCP team members but is not an acreditated course.
This is a one-day course and is tailored to each company and therefore is only offered as an in-house course. This course concentrates on the design element of HACCP and advice on how to implement a system.

Candidates are assessed through their application of the theory on this one day course and successful candidates receive a LP Associates attendance certificate. |
