Level 4 award in Managing Food Safety for catering / manufacturing / retail

This course was previously known as advanced food hygiene. The course is delivered over five full days.
The course is designed for Managers in the Food Industry. This is an in depth course looking at all aspects of food hygiene and safety.
The examples used in the course are specific to the sector within the industry that the course is being delivered within.
