Lynn Patterson

Lynn holds a BA (with commendation) in Home Economics; she has worked in several areas of the food industry both in product development and Quality Assurance before moving into training and consultancy in 1998. Lynn is a registered trainer for HABC, CIEH and RSPH and is visiting lecturer at Queens University, Belfast.

Lynn is also an examiner for the RSPH in HACCP qualifications.

Lynn set up LP Associates in 2002, however has been doing a similar role for another company and on a freelance basis since 1998. Lynn is Director and principal trainer and consultant within the company. Lynn develops the business around customer needs and is regularly adding to her portfolio of courses.

Lynn delivers all levels of food hygiene training, HACCP and internal auditing. Lynn also delivers the professional trainers certificate qualification.

Lynn is well known for her practical quality and HACCP knowledge both as a trainer and consultant. She has advised numerous companies in setting up of both quality and HACCP systems and supports them by advising on procedures and best practices and requirements of both legislation and industry standards such as BRC.


Angela Wilson

Angela holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science, after working in technical functions within the food manufacturing industry, she starting training and consulting in small and medium sized food companies in 1994. Angela works on a freelance basis.

Role In LP Associates: Angela delivers food hygiene and safety training from foundation level through to Advanced. Angela offers advice to companies regarding ISO 9001:2000.

Role in LP Associates:

  • Food Hygiene and Safety trainer from level2  through to level 4
  • Trainer in Management skills including ilm qualifications
  • Internal Auditor of QMS
  • Consultancy advice in setting up ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004

Heather Henning

Heather holds a BSc(Hons) in Food Science. She has worked as a Food Technologist for Marks and Spencer, before returning to N.Ireland where she worked for NIFDA and People 1st . In 2005 she became self-employed trainer.

  • Food Hygiene and Safety trainer from level 2  through to level 4

Christine Kane

Christine has a BSC(Hons) in Food Technology. She worked within technical roles in the food industry from laboratory through to technical management. In 2006 she set up her own consultancy business providing technical management and training to the food industry. Christine carries out BRC Food  audits for an accreditation company.

  • Food Hygiene and Safety trainer from level2  through to level 4
  • HACCP and Internal Auditor trainer
  • Internal Auditor of QMS
  • Consultancy advice in setting up BRC Food Systems
 

Adele Adams

Adele holds a BSc (Hons) in European Studies in Agricultural and Food Sciences, after working in the food industry, she moved into training and consultancy in 1996. Adele set up her own company in 2003 and is well known for her knowledge regarding practical application of the HACCP principles both in manufacturing and in catering. Adele has designed training packs in HACCP to assist other trainers

Role In LP Associates:

Adele delivers HACCP and food hygiene and safety training from level 2 through to level 4. Adele can also advise companies on how to set up Quality Management systems.
