Operating HACCP
Successful implementation of HACCP is reliant on all personnel understanding the need for HACCP and their individual roles with the system.
LP Associates have developed half-day course for operators within the industry, this course is tailored to each company and therefore is only offered as an in-house course. This course designed for all operators who have not had any HACCP training.

- The need for Food safety systems
- Introduction of HACCP as a concept
- Food Safety hazards
- Role of pre requisites in HACCP
- Control measures
- Identification of CCP’s
- Critical limit monitoring and corrective action
- Role of all food handlers in HACCP
A short multiple choice examination is taken and successful candidates receive a LP Associates certificate. |
