Level 3 award in Delivering Training
This qualification is designed for those who wish to deliver training to others. A practical course, giving candidates the skills to plan and deliver training sessions to groups of people.
This is a three-day course designed for those who wish to deliver training to groups within their company or as independent trainers.  Candidates wishing to register as trainers can use this qualification as long as they have the required subject qualifications and experience as their trainers qualification.

Days one and two are normally run together, with a gap of one to two weeks to day three to allow candidates and opportunity to plan and prepare a short session which they will be assessed on day three of the course.

  • Roles and Responsibilities of Trainers

  • Learning styles and preferences

  • Training planning skills

  • Training styles and communication

  • Teaching assessment

This is a fully interactive course and trainees will be expected to practice newly learnt skills as they go through the programme.

Candidates are assessed on their ability to plan and deliver a short training session to an identified group on day three of the course.

Practical Train the Trainer

LP Associates have developed their own course for onsite trainers who will be delivering mainly one to one practical style training. this is a two day bespoke course and delivered over two days within your site, delegates are assessed in their planning and ability to train their chosen task during a practical session on the second day.
