Internal auditing course for the food and associated industries, looking at internal auditing of quality management systems based on BRC, ISO and customer standards. This course covers the theory behind auditing, offering practical application of the theory. This two-day course allows the candidates to audit procedures on the second day of the course.
Recommended for personnel who will be involved with auditing the company’s quality and food safety management systems. LP Associates have developed this course with the food and associated industries in mind and focuses on the types of systems the industry need to audit. We normally run the course two days together and can be delivered in-house at client’s own premises.
The course is a balance of theory and practical and gives candidates the necessary skills to plan and carry out internal audits.
