Lynn Patterson
Lynn holds a BA (with commendation) in Home Economics; she has worked in several areas of the food industry both in product development and Quality Assurance before moving into training and consultancy ( 1998) Lynn is a registered trainer for Highfield and RSPH and is visiting lecturer at Queens University, Belfast.
She delivers all levels of food hygiene , HACCP, internal auditing and train the trainer training. Well known for her practical quality and HACCP knowledge both as a trainer and consultant. She has advised numerous companies in setting up of both quality and HACCP systems and supports them by advising on procedures and best practices and requirements of both legislation and industry standards such as BRC.

Consultancy advice and support in setting up systems to follow standards BRCGS (food, packaging, S&D,Agents and Brokers),SALSA
Supplying internal audits of Food Safety and Quality management systems
Validation and verification of HACCP systems
Angela Wilson
Angela holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science. After working in technical functions within the food manufacturing industry, she started training and consulting in small and medium sized food companies in 1994.
In recent years she has been involved in delivering Management Development Programmes as well as enhancing her own training qualifications to PTLLS Level 4. Angela is also a qualified Lead Auditor and audits the RSPO Supply Chain Standard in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Angela works on a freelance basis.

Heather Henning
Heather holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science. She has worked as a Food Technologist for Marks and Spencer, before returning to Northern Ireland where she worked for NIFDA and People 1st. In 2005 she became self-employed trainer delivering Food Safety qualifications Level 2 through to Level 4 to both the manufacturing and hospitality sector.
In 2019, she launched Food Matters at the Barn, a small cookery school outside Rathfriland which provides cookery courses designed to strengthen the art of home cooking.

Christine Kane
Christine holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Technology. She gained her experience working in various quality and technical roles before setting up her own consultancy business.
Since then she has successfully helped and guided many businesses in various sectors to meet the requirements of certification and customer standards.
She is also an experienced BRCGS auditor and conducts audits on behalf of a well known UK based certification company. She conducts audits against the Food, Storage and Distribution and Agents and Brokers standards.

Louise Michael
Louise holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Technology Management. She has worked within Technical and Production within the food manufacturing industry, primarily in the Bakery sector.
She worked freelance as a trainer.
In 2018 Louise joined the established associates team of LP Associates
She offers technical support to food companies both on a project and regular basis as well as offering food safety training services
